Gel Balls

Gel Balls are pieces of a solid sauce. The product is gelatine based. This innovation ist more than just an added value to conventional foodstuff. All kind of flavors can be turned into Gel Balls.Gel Balls are melting at around 40-50 °C, therefore they reach their optimal texture in hot meals.
A wide range of application is possible: e.g. Gel Balls are mixed together with sausage meat or are worked in into a chicken breast. This results e.g. in a sausage that already contains a sauce.


The Gel Balls are worked in the product: it will get handled like usual.

The advantages of the Gel Balls are:
    - less waste

    - ideal for convenience products
    - sauce is integrated in product, no extra sauce needs to be handed to the customer
